Who we are
The principal of the business is John Killah. Working with John at Anderson Killah is a team of associates, all specialists in their chosen field.
John himself trained as a lawyer in the West End, specialising in film and music before joining the in-house legal team at one of the top FTSE 100 companies. He then worked in The City with Herbert Smith before moving to the West Country.
Over the past twenty-five years John has gained a reputation as a formidable advocate in the courts where he now specialises as a trial lawyer. John’s career has also been spent at the front line of business. Not only was he Managing Partner of two prominent law practices for nearly twenty years, but during that career advised on employment law, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and company law. Since leaving private practice 6 years ago John has built on his extensive marketing and management skills working as an independent consultant to professional practices and businesses, from the small niche law firm to financial institutions on matters as diverse as risk management to branding.
John also has a continuing career as a writer and broadcaster specialising in sport and the legal profession.
